🏗️ Why join Solveo Energies in Romania?

- Shape projects from the very beginning: You will be at the origin of every project, identifying and securing land that will become future wind farms. Your work is highly tangible: without land, there is no project. This role offers real ownership and direct impact from day one.

- Operate in a high-potential, underdeveloped market: Romania offers significant untapped land opportunities for renewables compared to Western Europe. You’ll work in a market where access to land is still a competitive advantage, not a constraint.

- Build strong local relationships and influence projects: The role is deeply rooted in the field: working with landowners, municipalities, and local stakeholders. You will play a key role in building trust and enabling projects, giving you high visibility and influence locally.

- Join at an early stage and grow with the company: Solveo is at the beginning of its development in Romania, which means building the land strategy, structuring partnerships and contributing to the project pipeline. It’s a unique opportunity to shape how things are done and grow with the business.

- Contribute to meaningful, long-term projects: By securing land for renewable energy projects, you directly contribute to: local economic development (land revenues, taxes, jobs), energy transition, long-term infrastructure in the region. A role with strong purpose and visible local impact.
